Our Team
William Witham (Chairman)
William (or Chub as he is usually known) has 25 years of experience in the fields of exploration, management, technical, government, financial sectors of the resources industry investing and regional development.
His experience includes exposure to a number of countries, exploration techniques and commodities, including uranium, base metals, gold, water, iron-ore, tantalum and platinum group metals. He has an in-depth understanding of the ways in which industry, government and financial markets operate. He served in many countries, with an extensive experience in mineral and oil and gas exploration, management, government relations and corporate finance. He is a qualified Geologist with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology from the University of Western Australia and is a member of the AIG.
Tom Walsh (Executive Director)
Tom has spent the last 20 years managing businesses in the agricultural, mining and construction industry. Tom has managed an 18,000 acre property in the Great Southern area of WA, was Director and part owner of a medium size scaffold business in Perth and has had business development roles with a exploration companies.
Tom's focus is on managing exploration operations, building key relationships, ensuring management system compliance and customer quality and satisfaction.
Mark Blanchard (Non-Executive Director)
Mark has been building management systems for 12 years, with a focus on integrating compliance requirements within an efficient structure that minimizes multiplicity, whether those requirements are quality, safety, risk or regulatory, both in the United States and Australia.
Mark has nearly 30 years of finance experience and 20 years of management experience and has worked in Australia, Asia, the United States and the United Kingdom.
