Fee Structure

Fee structures for Exploration Management Services are determined by the Scope of Works agreed upon with the client. The Scope of Works defines what services we are to provide, the length, breadth and depth of those services and Key Performance Indicators that are used to measure the effectiveness of the management program.

FIELD SERVICES Rates are determined by the Scope of Works agreed upon with the client.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project management services can be provided at a per-determined rate or percentage of expenditure where an accurate Scope of Works can be defined .

PROCUREMENT Supply and procurement of equipment or products to be negotiated prior to order as per the Scope of Works. Examples would be consumables, drilling services, hire of plant and equipment etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms strictly 14 days payment from date of invoice, or negotiated otherwise. Confirmation of rates & terms of payment by issue of approved order number.
